Notably, DT Swiss are breaking new ground in the field of aerodynamic analysis, having developed a new method to measure rotational drag, which accounts for 25% of all drag on the bike.

The ARC 1100 DICUT has been designed to outperform competing wheels on every level. The rim width of 17mm has been specifically chosen for its speed capabilities, tested on hundreds of different tyre and rim combinations to ensure optimum performance.

The hub of the bike, contributing to 15% of a wheel’s drag, has been completely reworked to produce the most aerodynamic road hub available in today's market, equipped with SiNC ceramic bearings and a 36-tooth ratchet.

DT Swiss' premium Aerolite nailhead spokes contribute to the sleek design of the wheel, drastically reducing rotational drag. Those looking to use the latest in tyre technology can enjoy the benefit of the ARC 1100’s compatibility with tubeless tyres. We recommend using 23 or 25c tyres for prime aero performance.

Please note that the maximum recommended system weight for these wheels is 100 KG. When bought as a pair, package includes SwissStop brake pads, Titanium RWS skewers, wheel bags, rim tape and tubeless valves.
