Ian Taylor: 2016 World Masters Champion, 2017 Bronze Medalist World Masters, Silver medal age cat' British National Championships 2018, Vets Team winner 2018, London League Team winner 2019. In 2016 Ian won the 45-49 year old category at the world championships in Mol Belgium, following this in 2017 with a superb Bronze. To finish the 2017/18 season off perfectly Ian won silver for his age category at the UK the National Championships and won the team prize with Adrian Lawrence and brother Andy; National Team Champions, a massive achievement for the team. Ian is based in Yorkshire and flies the flag for the team in the National Trophy Cyclo-Cross series, consistently high placed overall throughout the season and a regular winner in his local Yorkshire Cyclo-Cross league. During the summer Ian has just as much success racing in the local MTB series.
Andy Taylor (Pictured above at the 'Kinesis London & SE Cross League' at East Brighton Park on Sunday 25th November 2018) often flies the flag for the team with big brother Ian in the National Trophy Cyclo-Cross series and is a regular winner in the London Cyclo-Cross league. Andy is the 2016 South East & East England Champion, finished 15th in the World Championships, and on the 22nd January 2017, Andy yet again won a London Cyclo-Cross League event to clinch overall victory and as league series champion. Matt Peel is an ex runner who swapped 'spikes' for 'cleats' and joined the team for the 2018 time trial season. With a sub 50 minute 25-mile time trial personal best (that's over 30 mph!!!!) Matt consistently finishes in the top three.
Ben Elliott joined the team for the 2019 time trial season and has already ridden a personal best of 48.15 for a 25-mile time trial on the 12th May while competing in the 'Sportzmad 25' in Wales; that's over 30mph.
Adrian Lawrence. Like Ian, Adrian lives ‘up norf’ and focuses on their local Cyclo-Cross league in the winter and MTB events for the team during the summer season. Adrian, along with teammates Andy and Ian Taylor won the vets' team price at the 2018 National Cyclo cross championships
Suzi Wise, pictured above at the 'Kinesis London & SE Cross League' at East Brighton Park on Sunday 25th November 2018. David Harrison has a background in motorsport but for 2016 has swapped four wheels for two; now he's the engine generating the horsepower. David has become a regular competitor in the London Cyclo-Cross League and is quickly honing his two-wheeled skills.
Simon Scarsbrook. Many may already know of Simon through his superb cycling prints; well worth admiring on scarsbrook-art.com; go on treat yourself to one, you know you want to; I dare say if you live local to the store he could be persuaded to rendezvous with you here and present it to you personally. He's not only a famous illustrator and artist with a love of cycling, but Simon is also a regular competitor in the London Cyclo-Cross League in the winter and MTB events during the summer and has finished the famous 3 Peaks Cyclo-Cross; pictured above at the Herne Hill www.londonxleague event October 2018.
Kai Scarsbrook. Inbetween studying to become a Barrister and his duties as a platoon commander in the London Scottish-London Regiment (receiving a Reserve Commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 2013) Kai somehow still manages to find the time to compete in Cyclo-Cross events. Not just locally, he has also competed in the famous 3 Peaks Cyclo-Cross, staged in the Yorkshire Dales National Park every year at the end of September. According to the promoters "It is the toughest and biggest Cyclo-Cross event in the UK! What else can be said? Great spectacle, unique event – well worth a visit even if you don’t take part"! In the picture above is Kai on the left, with teammate and best dad in the whole world ever, cycling illustrator extraordinaire Simon.
Dave Taylor is new to the team for 2016 and another one of the Taylor clan. With a background in marathon running Dave has decided to switch sports and try Cyclo-cross just to see what brothers Ian and Andy are making all the fuss about; so they had better watch out as there is someone out to get you…
Nick Everington (picture courtesy of kinesisbikes.co.uk) With a background in the challenging world of Iron Man Triathlons during the summer (he needs to expect a certain young triathlete teammate called Amy to bend his ear sometime soon) Nick likes to keep his summer fitness tuned to perfection by riding Cyclo-Cross in the winter; he's been a regular competitor for the team in the 2016 London Cyclo-Cross league.
Nick Davy has been racing for us for two seasons and is a regular feature at London Cyclo-Cross League events with consistent high placings.

Ryan joined the team in 2016 and is a regular feature at London Cyclo-Cross League events with consistent high placings. Multi-talented he's also a master craftsman, handcrafting antiques (click for link), so if you need any bespoke furniture made or restored he's your man.

Aidan Lawrence joined the Team in 2017 and made his first outing at Great Walstead School in Lindfield in February; he won, convincingly, a real star of the future.
Bryn Lawrence Joined the Team in 2017 and made his first outing at Great Walstead School in Lindfield in February with a magnificent top 10 placing, competing against riders much older; like brother Aidan, he's definitely a future star.
Chris West. Joined the team in 2018, pictured above at Herne Hill October 2018, Chris has been a regular competitor during the winter of 2018/19. Chris is also a keen sportive rider including 'The Hell of the Ashdown' which is one of the UK cyclo-sportive scene’s season openers; run as winter prepares to yield unwillingly to spring, it comes at a time when many road cyclists lack the miles needed to push hard on a demanding course.
Simon Powell. Joined the team in 2019, pictured above at the London League Team Champions held at Ardingly in Sussex on the 10th February and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Simon has competed at World and European British Age Group triathlons and duathlons and when not building-up his Cyclocross experience can be found racing in cross countries for Crawley AC’s V50 team
Amy Thomas. When she's not racing our 'little' Amy has the 'biggest' voice and can be heard screaming encouragement supporting the team, so if you can't see her, you will definitely hear her!
Damian Pittock (picture courtesy of kinesisbikes.co.uk) rides most of the London Cyclo-Cross League events, a former BMX bandit in his pre beard youthful years means that 'Captain Damo' relishes the more technical courses, he also owns C & N Cycles.
