The tubular side, on the other hand, boasts a 1mm-thick layer of a newly-developed underwater application permanent glue. This makes it impervious to humidity and gives it a firm grip on any kind of base tape material.

Not only does the Carogna wide tape provide a perfect bonding at 150°C for extended periods, exceeding the heat-resistance of even the best mastics, but it also guarantees excellent performance even at low temperatures, down to -40°C.
