Organic pads deliver strong cold performance with consistent bite from new, bedding quickly to the disc. They perform well in all conditions, though the softer compound wears faster in sandy or wet environments.**Sintered Pads**Sintered pads offer a stronger initial "bite" with a higher mean friction level than the Organic material.Sintered pads are harder, with higher density and lower compressibility than Organic pads.
